That video was heavily debated as to wether it was real or not. I personally think it is AWESOME! just dont like having 5 lambos. there is one in the regular garage....

I wouldn't doubt if it is real. There is a home on here Long Island, owned by a Ferrari collector, who had his house lifted off of it's foundation, and the basement dug out as a garage. Which is now bigger than the house. The house has a regular attached two car garage. But when you open the garage doors, the floor lifts up hydraulically, and exposes a ramp that goes down into the basement garage. It is a large house, but not huge. It is in an expensive neighborhood. But from the outside the home does not look too fancy. It just looks like a nice well kept house in a nice neighborhood. You would never guess that there was several million dollars worth of Ferraris, and other high performance cars, located inside. And that is the idea.

Nice. It might be cheaper to build a multi-story garage and put the lift inside. Around here, the hydraulics would freeze. That of course is the only reason I am not getting one of these...
