Penzoil Mercon V........

Does anyone have any experience with Penzoil Mercon V..... Good or bad? And how many quarts I will need? I think its 5 but I'm not positive.

Mecron V should be the same no matter who makes it as it a specification. As long as it meets that spec it should be OK, IMHO.

Sean, Pennzoil no longer makes a Mercon V specific product...what they have now is "Multi-Vehicle". You must have found some old stock.

Be that as it may, it is an excellent ATF...use it with no worries.

If doing a pan-drop and filter replacement, you will need 4 quarts, or maybe a touch more.
