yes John is the man!
Thanks Kevin! You did give Andy a good laugh about reading the instructions. ;) For those who do not know Kevin put the AVIC F 700 in a Volvo himself! This is not an easy job.

Let me tell you the wiring on that was quite a *****! I don't know a better word to use than that so don't ban me :) But the sound quality and the satisfaction of doing it myself was quite worth it
Wiring is never fun unless you do it all the time. Good job on the self install! ;)

How do you like the f700 unit?
If you have pic that would be great.
I have been talking to John myself about a system for my wife 2002 c70.
Thank you for any information or good words.

I love the unit! I can take pics today and put them up a little later for you. I have an '05 XC70 and the only words of wisdom I can give you is make sure to buy the plug in wiring harnesses so you don't have to chop up and twist and soder your factory harness. Also you HAVE to unplug your battery if you pull your climate control module or else you will set off an airbag code. If you need any help check swedespeed.com, they are very helpful!
