Happy St. Valentine's Day!

OK Guys, I can hear some of you groaning. But everyone loves a little romance. And what better way to show how much you care than cooking a romantic little dinner for your main squeeze. It's so easy. How about this;

Cook enough pasta for two (whatever shape you have on hand) according to the package. Don't overcook. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, saute a handful of finely chopped onion in a little butter or olive oil until translucent.( Over low heat. Be careful not to burn.) Add a jar of Vodka Sauce and heat through.

You can add a cap full of Vodka, a splash of cream, frozen peas, diced cooked ham/bacon or cooked shrimp if you have it on hand.
Season to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the sauce.

Serve with a salad and some good crusty Italian bread.
Make her favorite drink, put on some great music and light the candles.

Pick up something decadent from the bakery dept. for dessert or make an ice cream sundae with lots of whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Don't forget the cherry on top!

To make it perfect, add the most important ingredient of all.....you!

Not much to do today in the form of Valentine's Day. Did the flowers and cards thing last night. Spent all day today moving my daughter from a 2 BR apartment to a 3 BR about 2 buildings down from where she has been for the past year. Both on the 2nd floor. My arms, back and legs are aching tonight. Romance??? maybe in a day or two ..... when I straighten out a tad. ;)

My Valentine is working also. :agree: With JUSTBOB, mine's too it save me to get a speed ticket when I was driving recently a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis LS from a dealer I took off the V1 from my hurt Panther and discreetly installed in the 2007 as I was driving alone I step the pedal untill it reach the speed tachometer to 110mph whe the V1 turns crazy so I reduced quickly and very far I could note at the distance the highway patrol so sorry for you cop look for other that has bad quality radar detector.
