With tax returns I am redoing my factory system for an upgrade. I already have a jl10w6 and plan on getting 2 sets of infinity kappa 680-9cs and unsure about the head unit. But my question is what are good amps? I know of course JL but are they worth the price? What about the Infinity amps? They are both close to the power range I need. Any help is well appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I have the JL 450/4 and the 1000/1 pushing components in front and 6x9's in the rear package shelf...and two 10w7 under the package shelf in a sealed box. I love the JL amps they last forever and are so consistent. "The pleaseure of good quality wil last far longer than the sweet taste of a cheap deal."-read that somewhere
I've never used Infinity amps, but I think that Rockford fosgate makes good stuff and its pretty cheap on Ebay and other sites. JBL also makes inexpensive and good stuff.
I'm sure many smarter people than me will chime in here. That 10w6 you have requires some good power though! I would recommend two 10w6 if you can afford it!
Being as you posted this in my forum how about MTX or Pioneer Premier amps. They make good product and sound good. I also sell head units. PM me with your needs and let me see what I can do for you. So you guys know i can get the Infinity product for you. There is also a very good chance that Rockford may be BANKRUPT by April. They have lost a lot of money and the industry rumors say they are done! So be cautious with them. I was a dealer till this year and dropped the line.
For you JL lovers out there you should be aware that MTX subs on a one to one basis will outperform JL! Plus for those of you who buy on E BAy you are not buying from authorized dealers and may find out you have no warranty if purchased there!
