Have a Pioneer radio that was put in by a rookie. OEM plugs were cut away leaving me with a mass of splices and no fade, no balance, and no steering wheel controls. I am going to put a stock radio back in but have had no luck finding the 3 male plugs. Crutchfield and Radios and More have sent me either females or the wrong harness. Anyone have a good vendor who can help me out online or a shop in South Miami Dade? Thanks, Randy.

I have a hacked up harness at home, I'll look at it this weekend and see if those plugs are still on it.

In the meantime - you CAN go to a stereo shop and buy a Metra 71-5521 harness. It will be power/4 speaker only. No sub or CD Changer. Another possible donor will be another panther car at a junkyard.

Thanks FordNut. Finding a banged up Marauder in South Florida is a tough order.

I thought one of the Florida MM owners totaled his and was parting it out. Rick

Like Bad Merc posted check any other panther platform, Crown vic, grand marquis, marauder and look to see if they have the controls on the wheel and grab that harness which will be the same as ours. Sucks when people hack crap up and screw the car up. good luck with the repairs.

If someone can ID the correct connector pigtail kit, you can buy it from a dealer or Motorcraft supplier. I know WPT279 is one of them.

Thanks sonnyC will order tonight. Not all 48 wires were cut but it is most of them. Last time I soldered was in 1972. I hope you still do it the same way. Thanks all, Randy.
