A Celebrity is coming to town the week of March23rd.
Post up some ideas of where near Oak Brook, we could get together.

Yep, most restaurants are right near by, the town of Oakbrook does not like anything except million dollar + homes there.

Hi guys. I am in Lisle at the Wyndham until Wednesday morning when I head back home. My Oak Brook training got post-phoned until May. Have Monday & Tuesday night available. Let me know if any of your guys would like to hook up here.

Sorry i have night school tomorrow. But have a great time. Sidenote; The dupage Inn on ogden about four minutes from you has some of the best food around.

Justbob=fail, because i actually got there before you & i thought you were supercharged. Tom it was great meeting you, too bad it was so short. Dom, as always you were pure entertainment. Last, but not least bradly g... I love ya, even though you gave away my wifes silver birch! See ya guys soon!

Was great to meet you all guys (and Andrew's beautiful wife) as well as my buddy BradleyG once again. Nice to put faces to the screen name. Dom you are a character, liked talking music with you along with the Marauder stuff.:D

You Chicago guys are a great group. Looking forward to getting together with you all again when I come to Chi-town.:beer:

Tom I forgot to mention my aunt used to babysit for Ricky Nelsons kids. I know that a little too far back from your era, but I know you know Ricky Nelson. I need to listen to Poor Little Fool, Waitin' In School, Lonesome Town or Old Enough To Love soon!!!

Cool! Ricky Nelson is one of the main artists that I sing in Karaoke. And he was popular during my era. I have the exact same voice range with him. Travel'in Man, Teenage Idol and all his songs I can sing reasonably well when I have practiced.:rolleyes:

Anyway, we'll get together again during my next trip to Chi-town. I'll bring some cds I had converted from my band in the mid-60's from a reel to reel my lead guitar players mother had of us. Would be fun to jam sometime too...

I lost internet acess from my computer .
So I'm late in saying thanks to all that showed up on the moments notice.
I had a blast trying to keep up with justbob winding me through the surrounding neighborhoods.
Yeah, those Youngens' needed a lesson in Marquis Muscle!
