You will never get the detail back if you do that! Lights emblems etc...

Why not? Some vinyl tape and a razor blade=masking the stickers and tail lights w/o adhesive that would ruin them. It takes meticulous work but it certainly can be done.

I was just at the Toys R Us in Fargo and nabbed 2 of the greenlight 04 blacks for $5 each. I already bought two on line from die cast alley but had to buy the whole 5 car sets(right before xmas)...Those are packed away- 1 opened and one sealed up.

When I built a model to match my Kenworth Arodyne I had it took 4 seperate models to make it happen and used car spray paint to do all of the color work for the truck and engine parts and so forth.

It would be cool to do the same thing for the Marauder.
