That 4th pic looks like an AH-1 Cobra from the Vietnam era. With the 1-7 Cav markings, it goes back to the 1st Cavalry Division when they were "air cav". 1-7 was Custer's unit.

There was a Navy FA-18 Squadron called the Marauders VFA-82. They decommissioned about three years ago. They were based in MCAS Beaufort, SC.
Back in the day, they flew A7's and were stationed at NAS Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL right next to my squadron, VA-83 (now VFA-83) Rampagers.
The Marauders, like our Marauders lived a relatively short life span. They were commissioned in 1967 and decommissioned in 2005.
I don't know how to make the picture larger (someone else might). If you look at the vertical stab you'll see the word Marauder along the bottom. I remember their squadron colors were Blue and White.

I work aboard NAS Pax River, MD. I haven't seen Constellations since I was stationed in Pensacola in the early 80's. They were retired then and waiting to go to the museum.
