I saw a New Edge Mustang GT with "Stalker" on the bumper. Is this just a body kit or was that an actual Mustang model that Ford put out? Anything special under the hood?

By New Edge, do you mean a pre-'05 ('99-'04 or whatever they were)?

If so, I don't think it was a factory option, but I did find this:
