AED (Allen Engineering) went under a few years back. They resurfaced briefly, but cut their applications list majorly.

Their website no longer exists, at least my links are broken and a Google turns up nothing. Good luck getting kit parts if something goes wrong.

A roots type under the intake manifold if i am seeing right. The alternator has been turned around also. Had to look hard to find it!

Is it normal to go -20 on the 'boost' gauge? I must be missing something on the intake there.

The "-20" is for the vacuum, when there is no boost in the motor. All boost gauges I've seen (including mine) have that. I'm still trying to figure out why this car was featured in MM&FF? :bs: AED did put out a pretty decent kit. You could get them in 6psi or 9psi.

Jerry should make S/C kits for crownvics. I would buy one :D :burnout:

The AED kit used a M90 Eaton and most cars ran with 6# of boost. 9# if you had a forged bottom.

They invited him to the shootout

The car eats transmissions because it isnt tuned properly.

A marauder isnt a 2V NPI motor making 210hp at the crank from the factory

MERCMAN - only mid-14's with a blower?
It is a non-PI.

And may be the result of track | weather conditions.

BTW ... The 2 N/A, mod'ed ( #1 - tune + 4.10 / #2 - host of bolt-on components ) Marauders that were also at the same Luxo' Barge event were running mid-14's and mid-15's ( the last being what I've typically seen for stock or slightly mod'ed ).
