can't believe it, why do they always have to do this, I wish I could just see one restrictor plate race where the field finishes. I really wish they would throw the plates away, the only restriction being the set between your legs. Get back to rear wheel drive stock bodied cars. Nascar has ruined racing.

If you get rid of restrictor plates, what is the alternative? You have to keep these cars from going any faster than they go right now. If you didnt use the plates, no telling how fast these cars would be going. They were hitting 200 over 30 years ago.

Smaller engine displacement, lower compression, stock bodied rear wheel drive sedans. Anything but everybody being the same, thats just IROC IMHO.
