How do you get to the tail light bulbs of these cars??? Do I have to remove all the screws and that big plate behind the taillight in the trunk??? Not to familiar with this? :o

Remove the 3 big wing-nuts and then remove the entire light assembly. I am not sure what you mean by the "big plate"...

What big wing nuts??? MY car has about 7 screws sticking out with nuts on each of them. Theres also this thing that I cant tell whether you screw it out or pull this out. Maybe I was looking at the wrong thing.

well dont you go to the trunk first and remove the carpet in the corner behind the taillight?

Well, yes, on my 2007 Crown Vic behind the carpet, there's 3 large "wing-nuts" which hold the lamp housing in place. You remove those, and then take out the lamp housing and unscrew the bulb plug connectors.
I have not had to replace the Marauder bulbs yet, but I imagine they are the same. This is where I may be wrong...

Your way sounds alot easier. lol All I see is what looks like a big plate that is actually part of the trunk itself :dunno: that just may be removable but it has long screws with nuts.

On a similar note... How the hell do you get to the bulbs for the front turn signals and cornering lamps?

Wait... are you even talking about a Marauder or a pre-98 Crown Vic?

why dont you take a pic of what you have in the trunk because as stated there are only 3 nuts you have to take off that are either hidden behind the carpet or sticking through the carpet.

It should be in the owner's manual, mine's in the car in my storage garage, which is 2 miles away. If you haven't figured it out by tomorrow, I'll read the manual and let you know.

You've got me totally confused (not too difficult to do), take a photo of what you are referring to as the "plate"... http://www.emotty.com/images/emoticons/256.png

You Have to remove the truck carpet by unscrewing the screws that look like pegs (they just hold the carpet in place). Then you can loosen up the carpet, there are three screws behind each taillight.
