Understandable! I would be most upset. What is that all over? Looks like motor oil or molasses. Whoever dunnit is gonna be in a heap of trouble when you find that person.

Run it through a good car wash about 100 times and your all better lol

wow. i would be pissed as hell too! what is that? looks like syrup or oil or something difficult to remove. i caught a guy that was setting to spit on my old car once. after a very unpleasant conversation with me and my large (6'6" 280lb) friend Chris, he went on with his night. probably would have ended differently if he'd actually done it tho. thats the thing about driving a car that resembles a LEO's car

Someone who dislikes the Police..... one of the drawbacks of having a car that looks like an official vehicle.

What is that stuff they put on it?

Looks like used motor oil. Try spraying the car down with 409 degreaser, rinse it off after a few minutes then wash with your favorite car soap.

Be happy its not brake fluid or aviation paint remover.

Wash with Dawn dish detergent, then rewax.

Thank god the Marauder looks more like an old man's grand marquis than it does a cop car. That is not cool behavior

Once again, tell us the rest of the story.

What Bob said. ^^^ While pictures tell a thousand words, posting only pictures with no narrative is not very helpful and leads to misinterpretations and conjecture.

Most of the oil will come off by wiping. a visit to a car wash with some sly work first using terry towels and mineral spirits will NOT damage the paint. Mineral spirits will then clean off with carwash soap. I would rather have that happen than scratched up paint. Lucky for you - in one hour there will be no clue this ever happened.

The car was stolen out of his driveway the other day.
A county officer identified it and called Ryan after it went through a red light camera at 95mph.

Apparently it was recovered and returned sometime between 12pm Sunday and 11pm Sunday evening.

zack is right.

They went for a small joyride. Broke a window, messed up the column.

I never posted the whole story for a reason, mainly being because they found out who it was.

Cars at the shop now getting a window replaced, locks changed, and ignition changed. Cheaper to pay out of pocket for it than file bceause of my high deduct.

Thats all im really gonna get into. Car has 16 more miles on it. Ipass got stolen out of it. The worst thing is, the person that did this I personally know very well and has worked on my car.

cvpiftw,
In addition to what others have said, PM me if you need more detailing/cleanup tips -- been doing the worst anybody can throw my way for too many years. And yea, I show cars, incl. my Vette -- have never taken home less than 2nd place for any Concours show (NCCC sanctioned) I ever entered.

Yep. I just got back from getting parts at sutton ford (the only place around here that has stuff ironically).

It looks like a total of 267 dollars coming out of my pocket. A new window is installed already thanks to a local body guy that works fast when you pay cash and is a friend of my dads.
I just came back from the shop and the car is about done. Just waiting for the locksmith to do somethingorother. The person that did this was my moms ex and one of her friends. Girls a ****ing phycobitch. Talk about getting cought up in your parents relationships.

Install yourself a fuel and IGN kill switch. Mine cuts the power to the fuel pump and the other cuts power to the IGN switch. If someone really wants my car they will tow it away anyways.

People that do these things are real scum. Hope you find who did it and bring Dirty Harry Wrath to them.I've had my MM for 6 weeks now. After 1 week someone had taken body shop touch up paint to the drivers door and left scratches above drivers door where very noticeable.Detail shop got extra paint off and improved scratches.Likely suspect being watched closely.Things Happen.:flamer:

Yep.

Dads body guy used some prep chemical and most of it came off. There are a few spots where it stuck and looks to have faded plastic.

Dom, i shouldnt be mentioning this on a open board but the car does have a killswitch and it was bypassed because the SOB helped me install it.

From the looks, it was synthetic motor oil according to the guy that helped clean it off. The interior was pretty trashed, yet no major damage, just 60 dollars in plastic.

I honestly was expecting it to be wrapped around a pole. I think i got lucky.

So.. the cop stopped the *****? and she was driving with motor oil all over the car? I'm confused......of course that's easy to do these days.
