Traded in the Thunderbolt on sunday.
I LOVED that truck, but driving it just wasn't fun anymore. I was starting to put some miles on it, and it lacked the fun factor it had when i bought it.
So, my new ride. It's a 6 speed Touring, so it's got the heated leather, 18's xenon lights, vehicle dynamic control (wooowooo).
I've thrown down the gauntlet to race an N/A maraurder at Epping (can you hear me Paul?)...my car is stock, should be good for mid to low 14's.

I could imagine anyone tall would have a small issue. Thanfully i'm a little shorter ;)
I'm going to do some tint, just to the legal limit. I'll update my sig eventually. I still have the other truck
That is a nice looking ride. Enjoy!:)

How many vehicles are you separated from the Marauder now?
EDIT: got you confused with the guy with the Fusion, so I thought there was a truck, a Fusion, and now this.

Northern New Hampshire..... haha he knows all the N/A marauders around here are slowww! lol:flamer:
And Im the guy with the Fusion, his twin brother. I dont think it matters how many he would be removed but whatever.
The car is a BLAST to drive. Its not nearly as fast as the Mach, but it makes up for it in fun factor.

mmm...me likey....
Sean, let me know if you're going....we may have to meet there ;)
it's not the fastest car on the road, and I don't care, it's so much fun to drive.
I ran a c5 vette tonight...met at a stop light and rolled into it...I didn't expect him to play along, but about 30 we took off....he pulled about a car on me before we reached triple digits and i backed off.

You put 5 people in yours, and I will put 5 in mine, then we'll race.

Beautiful car and very nice choice, I am really not a fan of the new imports as I think Ford is the track for the future but all my first 6 cars were born in Japan and they are very well crafted vehicles! Good luck on your rear tires...they disappear overnight :)

Limited slip + traction control is my friend :)
If ford made something comparable, I would have bought it....I highly highly doubt the Mustang handles as well or is as much fun as the Z. I bleed ford blue blood, I've always owned fords until this car.

I dont think a Mustang will never handle as well with out major suspension work but a mustang for me is a much better fun factor with the added torque///

Pick a date. I have to work next week, but anytime after that I'm game. BTW, you may be under estimating your 1/4 mile times. 13.8 once you learn it seems about where you'll be, but, I'll be at the money light first.

Congrats Aaron, I remember a while ago you were contemplating on getting one. A guy at work had the 'vert (much smaller!!) and I drove it, 6spd too, just not for me. I couldn't get the feel of the car.

Nice car, congrats! I would think a tune and some bolt ons would make it even more fun. I'd love something like that for a toy, but for now I have to have a rear seat.
