Thought this was funny as hell. Got it from another board. So, would you race him?

And I don't care what anyone says, the GTS Viper is probably one of the best cars ever designed. It's just right.

I'd feel bad wasting the guys gas, he's probably running some pretty high octane. BTW it's a UGR TT car. For those of you who don't know UGR, they've put some Viper's in the 8's (and lower), and can trap 170+mph, so I can see why the 'chute is necessary...

Yes... I'd like to see him open it!

Yes... I'd like to see him open it!

My thought exactly going down the highway and poof (chute deployed).

I give him credit for taking it out on the road. My understanding from people who have driven/owned them is they are a toy, period. Not very comfortable to drive for everyday use. I'd like to reach out and deploy the chute as I drive by... :D

I'll put one on just to get respect. Since I would never actually need it, a faux would do nicely.

Why not? How many times would you get the chance? Do it.

I thought this was gonna be a "would you hit this?" thread just judging from the title

Yes, but at the track....heads up.... and he would need to give me an early green...

Heck Ya!

I'd just want to see how fast he hits 'Hyperspace'.

MANY years ago, I egged a Lamborghini Countach into hitting it with my Dad's VW....
I did one of these after he downshifted:

:awe:

i,d give it a shot, provided he was not actually in his car when we started racing, and it would probrably help if he didn"t actually know we were racing !
