Yeah, me! I worked late and just wanted to get home. I was driving up I-290 through Worcester and I was doing "80 in a 50" and cut over to take the I-190 exit (across two lanes) and there must have been a Worcester LEO getting on the highway at the previous on ramp because he came out of no where! I had a horrible day at work and decided to put the Marauder through its paces so I could get a LITTLE enjoyment from the day! The LEO got me over to the side of the road and was all business. "License and registration!". I knew I wasn't getting out of this one! haha. He went back to his cruiser and then I hear lights and sirens and a second cop came whipping up and pulled up behind us! I thought I was getting arrested! He came back to my window and told me what I got and said "You really need to start slowing down!". This statement told me he has seen me around Worcester before and has let me slide a few times... He knows my car! haha... Glad he didn't see me earlier when I was 100+

I LOVE THIS CAR, but hate the repercussions of driving it the way it should be driven! haha

80 in a 50 + Unsafe Lane Change = $400.00 in MA

Can you say appeal!?!?!

LEO's.... I have my flame suit on... Fire away!

Over 15 MPH over the speed limit gets you a trip to jail and car impounded down here!!:shake:

You were very lucky and yes you should slow down...I know it is hard!!

BTW, statistics show that the chance of surviving a single car crash over 80 MPH is practically ZERO....FWIW!!

Be careful up there!!

What is the death rate by cats?

What is the death rate by cats?

Far too many, but we are making progress...

<!--endclickprintexclude-->The black and white tuxedo cat was one of a dozen pets that have been killed and mutilated recently by someone in the Miami area, police said.
The Gleasons do not want their daughter's name to be revealed. Donna Gleason asked the child to leave the room before telling CNN the gruesome details of what happened to their cat.

Miami-Dade County police say Tommy's demise is part of a string of sadistic feline fatalities (http://topics.cnn.com/topics/animal_cruelty) that have occurred recently in the Cutler Bay and Palmetto Bay areas of southern Miami-Dade County, south of Miami.
The crimes began May 13. A reward of up to $10,000 has been offered for any information leading to an arrest.

WPLG: 5 more cats found mutilated (http://www.justnews.com/cnn-news/19714605/detail.html)

<!--endclickprintexclude-->Police have been inundated with dozens of phone calls from people who have discovered dead cats throughout the community. Investigators have determined that most of the cases are not related to the string of cat killings. The number, officially at 15, was initially believed to be much higher.

Others in south Miami-Dade County are telling similar stories. A woman whose Siamese mix cat, Caesar, was killed and mutilated didn't want her name published.

The month-long cat-killing spree has police concerned.

"If anyone looks or acts suspicious, (or is driving a blue marauder) call police," he added. "Have us come out there and check them out. This could be the missing link we're looking for."
For the Gleasons and 11 other cat owners, it's too late.

No flames bud.

IF your gonna play.... be willing to pay.

I can say that the reason for the back up officer was probably due to your speed. A vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed suggests a crime could have been committed. We tend to think in "worst case scenarios". Often criminals in these cases are armed. The math is easy.

Usually, the stops goes like yours did. It's when we drop our guard that one of us gets killed.

I understand and I am aware of this. I know may LEO's being a firefighter and I figured that it was a precaution. There is some drug trafficking on that road as well... He had my license and reg before the 2nd cop came and they chatted and I think he realized I wasn't a threat so he released the other officer. It is kind of like going into a burning house without other truck crews there for support... The one time you do that is the time the fire is going to bite you a$$!

One way I get out of tickets over and over and over... last 13 out of 15 times I have been pulled over...

Turn the car off when the police officer is walking between your car and his car when he or she is approaching you. They know they are in less danger and are actually more affraid of you to begin with because they don't know if you were simply speeding or getting away from a crime you just comitted.

I always admit I'm wrong and last time someone asked me how my record was my reply was "Dirty". I got set free without a warning and I was actually free to drive to school when my licnece was ran and I was suspended... and speeding.

It's all about the attitude. Now if I could work women this well, I'd be in STD heaven. :stupid:

Yes the Marauder was involved and so was Bill Haley.

That 190 exit sneaks up if you're not paying attention, which probably explained the lane change.

and who the eff wants to go all the way to Shrewsbury to turn around?

C'mon to Ontario Canada!!! We lose our licence & Marauder for doing 50 KM which is 30 MPH!!! over the posted limit. I'm 57 years old & remember vividly getting stopped for speeding when I was 20 doing way over the limit & would get off 98% of the time. You mean to tell me my 69 Charger was safer than my Marauder??? Not even close!!! It's all about the money!!!

Oh and Al Gore's son was pulled over in his Prius doing 90mph at the beginning of the year.....

I tried not to laugh at this bro, I really did. It seems like policemenz and womenz have 2 speeds. Foot thru the floorboard fast, or 3 miles an hour under. I yeild for the first, go around for the second. Why people line up behind the cruiser and make a rolling road block is beyond me. I honk at people, pass on the right, yell, whatever it takes to get them to move and I cruise by. It's messed up you actually got tagged for it, I thought it was a game you were all in on called "Who's got the nerve to pass me" or something, lol. The hooptie car comment, now that's just plain wrong, I'd have been :censor:ed off.
