We have cats, and grow catnip in the summer, they are great to watch, it is said that it also irritates spiders, and causes them to leave, my wife likes that, since she is afraid of spiders.

As far as spiders, oil of mint or lemon works great also. Delute it with some water in a spray bottle and spray it around the outside and inside of the house, safe for animals also. I do this about every 3 months or so.

Yep, normal places I see spiders at are usually gone in 1-2 days after spraying.

Sorry had a brain fart, it's oil of mint and oil of lemon. Oil of lemon really does the trick. I have a crazy amount of spiders at my shop so once a month I spray every where.

I use Formby's Lemon Oil Treatment (penetrating furniture oil)

Catnip turns the meanest cat into a cuddle bug just don't be touching them when they start to come down from their high lol.

One of the actors, the one with the chocolate spots and rings on it's tail looks exactly like Calvin, the OCICAT that lives here. Spectular animals, those....he's a dog in cat's clothing.
