Executive Wholesale Tire in Rockville does a very good job of mounting and balancing tires.
I have used them several times when I've had expensive rims that I didn't want marred.

tirerack.com and take the tires to your normal tire shop for mount and balancing.

Yeah I bought my own machines because I have had wheels ruined too many times. I am in La Plata. If you aren't close to me, I would shop for somewhere to install by service and not by price - with tire places, cheap does not mean bad service and expensive does not mean good service either. Some of the places charging $20/wheel are using old crappy center post machines that will ruin your wheels, and some of the places charging $12/wheel are using state of the art octopus touchless machines.

Of all places, the costco near my parents house (CT) has an octopus machine and they only charged like $56 total for 4 wheels. Not too many shops have machines like that though.

If you are near La Plata I can do the work if you wanted, and I will charge less than a chain

I'll probably hit you up when I go to 265/50-18 whenever my kdw2 rears wear out.
