There was another carjacking in Baltimore this past weekend. The car was stolen on Friday and was recovered on Saturday with minimal damage.
Twin03 (local C.A.M member and cop) was the one that made the recovery.

I went to work yesterday and a lady there asked where did I live...I said PG and she said where in PG...I said SUITLAND. I tend to say Suitland to make it sound good...LOL So she said her car got stolen and they found it in Forestville. Suitland, Forestville, District Hghts and Capitol Hghts are all the same...to me. I told her that her car being found over there sounds about right though. I have heard ALOT of stories about carjackings and stolen cars in my area...*KNOCK ON WOOD* I havent experienced it first hand though.

Better safe than sorry! I know it can happen anywhere! I had my car at Kelly's Performance and Auto, they have a very nice set up. Anyway, I hope that MM is found, in good condition, ASAP, hopefully with the culprits in it!!!:cheesed:

First thing is to check the tag, if it matches call the cops asap. Tail the car from a distance just to keep the police updated on it's location but don't approach or be near it, just in eye sight view.

I am sorry to say, but the police will be at no help to you. Especially after it's been a few hours. If it's been greater than 48 hours they tell you to just file with your insurance company and move on. Normally I would see that the poilce have lives to save instead of cars, but there are people on the force for GTA. I am not sure what they do if anything. They were asking me if I had any new news whenever I checked in. :eek:

I gave them suggestions as to what cameras to check because I knew or had an idea where they went. Banks wouldn't help me and wouldn't even tell me if they had cameras in the street. I put up flyers like a girl does when her cat runs away.

After two months I got my truck back when the theves parked it in a street cleaning zone and it was towed away.

I'm usually all for police, but unless it just happened (like you call it in 1 minute after the theft) they are completely useless to recovering a stolen vehicle.

That is a pretty smart idea, since their whole mission in life is to find cars. I would bet their workload is pretty high these days, though. They might already have their hands full.
