The world economy is not very good right now.

That is a bad thing.

It's bad in the short term but the correction needed to happen. The high growth rates of recent years are unsustainable.

the economy is bad , but has a few upsides. im not working as many hours so i am home with my family and my work was able to get rid of so many losers that were just a waste of money and oxygen.

I scrambled to the top of the precipice where Nick was waiting.

"That was fun," I said.

"You bet it was," said Nick. "Let's climb higher."

"No," I said. "I think we should be heading back now."

"We have time," Nick insisted.

I said we didn't, and Nick said we did.

We argued back and forth like that for about 20 minutes, then finally decided to head back.

I didn't say it was an interesting story.

The world economy mught suck, but the Canadian economy is just rosy in comparison.

Our bank bailouts went something like this:

So we are sitting pretty.

So pretty, it hurts.

Reading along, I figured the punch line was something to do with the Nick of Time!
