Recently have trouble blowing the #16 fuse that seems to run everything from the VAP steering, electric day/night mirror, reverselamps, air suspension and climate control. I tried tapping a screwdriver on the BCM module and replacing the fuse but it would only last a couple days or so and then start popping fuses again. Figured the BCM was bad, so I replaced it. Problem still continued so I unplugged rearview mirror and the overhead counsol, no luck. Suspension seems fine. The DRL module is also listed on the fuse, what is it? Any suggestions?

I think this is correct--don't have that set-up on my MM

Is your speedometer working?

This is how I'd troubleshoot your problem:

Disconnect all the "systems" that are connected to that fuse
Install a new fuse
Connect one "system" at a time until you find the one that blows the fuse
Troubleshoot that system

Mine keeps blowing the 30amp relay fuse only on real cold days when I start the car.
My Volt meter goes to 14 and then jumps to 16 and then the fuse is blown.
Cant figure this one out

Could be your alternator / regulator is on it's way out.

Is this common?
Only seems to do it on cold mornings.
Will not do it at all if air susp switch is off.
