The first two times Jason brought his truck in to his local Toyota dealership for service, he noticed that someone had taken quarters from his change compartment. He complained both times, but was ignored. So the third time he brought his truck in, he placed a video camera on the passenger side. The dealership didn't ignore him this time.
Jason was originally only concerned about the missing quarters, but his camera also captured Hampton Toyota (http://consumerist.com/tag/hampton-toyota/) employees sifting through his medication, using racial slurs, and watching porn in Jason's truck. Jason emailed us a copy of the letter he sent the owner of Hampton Toyota.

It's because of jackholes like them that the honest guys like me allways had trust issues from new clients when I was a mechanic. Once they came back a couple times they were allways alot more trusting. Treat your clients good enough and some will even pop in with a surprise pizza at lunch time when there car isn't even in the shop. This has happened on a few occassions.

i agree ^^
we have regular customers that bring in coffee and donuts each visit. it is truley a shame that idiots like that can ruin an image for the honest, hard working individuals like ourselves

Ain't it kind of funny the dealer didn't take any action until Jason produced the video of the guys in the act, like management didn't give a rat's azz until they were threatened with the tape going on tv.I'd still stay away from that dealer for that reason and the scumbags that got fired might still have friends working there that could mess with your car for payback.

Wow... talk about having to keep a close eye on things. Makes me wonder what has been taken from me that I was just unaware of.
