......sometimes.

Get this. A few months ago I took my dads car out to a movie and when I got back the rear plate was stolen. I report it and we get a new one a few weeks later. Same plate, new pressing.

Just last week we got a ticket in the mail for an abandon vehicle violation with the stolen plate. The plate was on a BMW and now it's on a Mercury. I asked what to do on the phone and they told us we have to fight the ticket.

I was like "We have to fight a violation that the theif got?" "Yes."

This is B.S.

When can we have anarchy???

Bring a couple of copies of the police report with you to the place when when you fight it Dom,otherwise you're screwed.Parking tickets are insane here in Daleygrad and fighting them is a major PITA!

+1... if ya don't like it move somewheres else... Take copies of the stole plate report to court and they will throw it out.

He!! no on moving yet,I'm fighting them tooth and nail,my family loved to Chicago in 1836 and I ain't running from anybody.

I recommend doing what I did. Get a GF who's a lawyer. It pretty much takes a lawyer to deal with any "customer service" these days. So now I only pay free.99.
