View Full Version : Trouble for T Bolt!

I was driving the T Bolt Saturday and had to stop for the bridge. While I was sitting there a couple of guys came over to talk about the car. While they were talking I shut her off and when they left I started it back up. This is when the problem started!
A lady came over and asked why I started the car while the bridge was still up! She proceeded to tell me it was LOUD and obnoxiuos and stinks.:D Plus she said I was polluting the air and I deserved a ticket! :eek: I told her it is what it is and smiled at her and let it run! Do you think she drives a Toyota? :shake: It does sound like it has open headers.

Funny stuff, lol. I used to put my Z-28 in neutral at a red light and hold the gas at about 2 thousand RPM's when I didn't like the music coming out of the cars next to me. They would try to turn it up, i'd press down a little more. I always won. Sometimes I miss that loud azz car.

If it was me I'd rev it up and tell her " I can't hear You ! " :D i think i would of took it just a bit further. i would have been like yeah, YEAH start reving then lay down some rubber and leave her standing and coughing in a cloud of smoke:burnout: my mom always told me if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all.

You should have just said "I know" and that you are headed to the repair shop to get it all fixed. ;)

Ask her when she is going to have something done about that growth on her nose.Then about the smell say that you did notice that as she was approaching the car.:popcorn:

Bet she would have had heart failure over the boat as it gets a whooping .66 miles to the gallon! I wonder how she feels about the 400 or more fish a year I kill!:eek:

Just put a 'HYBRID' badge with the green leaf on your fenders....right below the '427' emblems.

Could try a PETA sticker on rear window and a line of AAA insurance stickers across rear bumper.:dunno:

My 3.0 Ford Ranger had the green leaf and road badge that ford has on the tailgate... that was the first thing I removed... right when I got it home from the dealership... along with the dealership's sticker!

Just put a 'HYBRID' badge with the green leaf on your fenders....right below the '427' emblems.

We will start a T Bolt picture thread before the week is over. Good ones should come out of Norwalk, Ohio all Ford show this weekend.:)
