SCT3 question...

I just install a KarKraft intake spacer last night. I started the car up and the check engine light came on. I checked the codes and they were all MAF codes. And my idle dropped to just above 500 rpm and it does idle a little rough. Should i manually bump up the idle? or should i just re-flash the tune?

Something is wrong. MAF unplugged? Leak on intake tube between MAF & TB? Vacuum leak? EGR valve re-installed properly?

Recheck everything.

What Fordnut said. Sounds like Vacuum leak. Did you tighten the bolts in a circular pattern (round and round) Check the gasket and spacer, everything need to be aligned and snug. Don't go too tight on the bolts for the upper intake.
