Can someone tell me where the fuse is for inside the consol. I have tried the accessory and other locations. The power point (lighter) location is not working and I can not find where te fuse location is. I have tried under the hood and dash location. None of them seem to work?
Thanks

Try looking at page 148 & 149 of your owners manual.

thanks, but my manual has roadside emergencies on those pages. Nothing about the consol or fuses?
If you have a listing in your manual, what is the location of the listing and the fuse location? Maybe it is different in mine?
Thanks

Hello,
I my manual, the Center console, page 66, has a listing called (power point). The Emergancy section, page 142 lists a fuse labled powerpoint. (box under the hood) Numer 2 a 20 amp. I replaced it but it does not work still. The original fuse is ok too? I can't find any other referance to this fuse or the console anywhere in the manual. The dealer can't find it either.
Any other ideas.
Thanks
Steve

Is there a picture of the power distribution box on page 148? If so it's the next page. It's in that section.

picture is on page 142. power point is listed, in the discription, as fuse number 2 a 20 A. The book has to be wrong we replaced that fuse and it is not the power (lighter ) in the console. The original fuse was ok in that location? There does not seem to be a bad fuse in either box. Everything else is working, I think. I know it worked prior. I want to use it for my GPS. The lighter fuse is not it either.
I will keep trying to id the darn thing.
Thanks

How did you check the fuses?
Maybe there is a broken wire or connector.
Check the center contact of the power plug with a test light. Be careful not to touch the sides of the reception.
If there is no light then pull out the center console and check power at the connector at the power point then start checking the harness and connectors working your way to the front on the car.
Unfortunately electrical problems are kind of tough to shoot.
