I think he's referring to the "dealer" button, not any button a private citizen would normally use. That said, that is an extremely broad access you would be allowing the government to access on your computer and though I put Glenn Beck in the same category as Kukla, Fran or even Ollie, this is a good point to ponder. Has nothing to do with Obama though really.

It's most likely only while logged in on the "dealer log in" to stop dealers from re-selling cars that are meant to be sc*****.

It's frightening how quickly gun nuts jump to the last stand defense scenario rather than considering the fact that repealing the 2nd Amendment (http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html#Article5) would require proposal by 67 Senators and 290 Representatives or 34 Governors, then review of the amendment by Congress, then ratification by 38 States' representative bodies. If that many Americans feel that was about a subject, I'm paying attention.

Another one of my favorite tinfoil-hat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tin_foil_hat) stories is about how the Blue Helmets (read: United Nations soldiers) are "gonna come an git ur guns". This would mean the UN Security Council (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Security_Counci l), including the UK, Japan, and Mexico, all advise invasion of the United States to take firearms from civilians, ignoring the military. Some people don't think things through, or check facts, or discuss before clicking the forward button.

Just because an email appears to be signed by Master 1st Major Johnson and Tech Gunnery Lieutenant Smith doesn't mean they actually wrote it, or that they are an authority on any topic other than the field they were in which they received training. If one assumes the contents of every email are entirely correct without understanding the source, one is ignorant. Try googling key phrases in email chains. You might end up at some extremist website encouraging more of that kind of thinking, or you might end up at http://www.snopes.com/, where fact checking is done of some of these claims. Whatever you do, just stay informed with facts, not speculation.
