Hmmm,it sounds like something to pick up and throw a late model Sportster 1100,( Darn,I meant 1200 motor) in for a cool racing mower. With 70 or 80 horses,a 5 speed trans and all the torque in the world and the sweet sound a Sporty makes thru straight drag pipes who cares how tall the grass grows.
Something like this, but Harley powered http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lhr2b4V7HyI&feature=related

Can it really be called a "mower" if it doesn't cut?

A mower deck will cost you a fortune - and don't forget all the drive belts needed for it. Pass this one by real quick.
