MPH Goes to the MO Par Nationals!!

We (Jeff, Timmay, Nathan, Rich Hill, and I) are on the way back from a long weekend. to the MO Par Nats in Columbus. Ohio.

Of course, when you go to Columbus, Ohio, with the boys from MPH, you head Southeast to go Northwest!!! So we made a trip to SDR first for more testing of the Ooohweeee Bad Ass MPH/Mr. Norm's/MO Speed Shop Challenger.

The Challenger is coming on strong and is coming along great. Weekend's quickest ET was 9.57 and fastest speed was 145.xx. Both of these stats make the Challenger a double world record holder (because that is the way we roll bishes!!!). That car is moving out!

Anyway, like I said, nothing is easy with MPH and of course Betty Blow Out (a.k.a. Timmay) had to blow a tire on the MPH enclosed trailer. After watching him drag the flat tire for about 2 miles, we called him on the cell to let him know it would be a good idea to pull over. His response was "Ya know I thought I felt a bump or somethin'! :pounding:

Way to go MartyO! Congrads on the titles BTW.. Super cars you have there. My neighbor had the last of the 340 darts they made and it had these tiny little 340 emblems on the front fenders and was a cocoa brown and tan interior.. Fugly to say the least but it was a real 340 auto with a/c.

A guy a town over from me had an original Sox and Martin car with a 426 hemi, that was sweet too. I love the Mopars but the Chevy's were, by far, cheaper to build.
