We need some more info. If it only works on the Freeway, what about it doesn't work when you aren't on the freeway?

Does your blower motor not work, and thus you only get air when you are on the freeway?

Does the air only come from the dash vents when you are driving on the freeway?

How do you know your refrigerant level is OK? Do you have cold air when you have air blowing? Did you check pressures?

Two common problems:

1: blower control module fails - no blower at all, no forced aor
2: EATC (main control unit, dash unit, etc.) o-rings go bad, causing no air to blow from center vents, but only defrost.

Less common is a failure of the EATC itself or some sensor, a bad compressor, or a leak in a hose or coil (evap or condens)

If the air is cold, your compressor is working.

No blower - search for the threads about replacing the blower control module.

There's a chance your blower motor is bad, but it's unlikely. If you knwo how to, disconnect your blower from the harness and apply 12 volts and see if it runs OK. If you don't know exactly how to do this, I'd advice a trip to a dealer or a good repair shop - tell them your Heater/AC blower doesn't work.

Let's see, where is that thread.....
