Last week my tension pulley broke and my belt came off and shredded i got it back yesterday and in WOT or when i cut on the AC it squills like a stuck pig and i dont know whats the cause we used the same size belt and OEM pulley any thoughts?

Maybe when the belt shredded some pieces got into another pulley or shaft. Alternator, AC clutch, other idler pulleys, or SC head unit come to mind.

Did they put the right length belt on.....sounds like it is TOO LONG....easier to install but very low tension allowing slippage!!!:shake:

Check your tensioner position...it should be at about the 12 o'clock position and the gap with a new belt should be about half what mine is in the attached photo!!:beer:

Cut OFF the AC? If you meant OFFF, WOT kills the AC also... hmmm...
