Let me just say.. holy crap. Unbelievable, i love the car. I still think the marauder is m uch better built, but 12.7s out of the lot? 370rwhp? crazy. I was talking to this guy he dumped 4k in the car... got to 460rwhp.. 2.8pulley full bassani exhaust.. and a diablo chip. This may be my next car.. well see.

yeah..... but can a fold-up stroller fit in the trunk and a baby seat fit in the back seat??

I test drove a Cobra but that supercharger whine drove me nuts. Plus, with the things I really disliked about my '02 GT I really did not want another SN95 Mustang. Everyone at work laughed at me for getting rid of my GT and not getting a Cobra until they heard the Merc start up.

Yeah definately cannot put a stroller in the back, but for me... i dont need the space. Theyre both good cars.

Cobras seem to be selling slow right now. Sure part of it is the economy, but I suspect people are waiting for the new body style Mustang in Cobra trim

Yeah, they are selling slow. I am pretty sure i can pick up an 03 for 29,900... and thats a coupe. See, i want to supercharge my marauder but i already have 30k on my motor, it may be cheaper to get a cobra and go from there.

Yeah, this is exactly the reason I eventually sold my blown 91 Mustang coupe and still keep my modded N/A 86 GT just parked in the garage most of the time. Although I really do love the late model stangs, they just couldn't keep up with my changing lifestyle.

If I wasn't a family man, I'd still be driving Mustangs. And the 03 Cobra is surely one of the best:)

The Cobra is purpose built. Marauder will serve many additional needs and look good. However if speed is your interest, get a Cobra and a $2k used crown vic for the rest.

A guy here Michigan put about a grand into his and is putting out over 500hp at the rear. Very simple mods were done.

With the Cobra comes very high rates on insurance, the Marauder is a whole lot more car with low insurance rates. Just a thought. :pimp:

very true gonzo... insurance is an important factor.
