I have done four of these, and I paid less than what has been posted, if you can find one on Ebay for 4200, but I am very leary of certain items sold on Ebay, but that is a real good price, especially if there is no core charge, which is charged by the dealer which is $2000.00, the 03 front timing cover can be resold as well as the dampener, Billy is making a easy 550 RWHP on 93 octane at about 17 PSI, he just did a oil analysis and it was perfect. On his engine as well as his transmission.

I agree on the leary part on certain items, I learned the hard way this year. I bought from an ebay builder who guaranteed my happiness time and time again, and when I had problems which was day1 the guarantee was over. The hard learned advice I would offer would be do business with someone whose reputation exist outside of Ebay feedback only, and don't buy an engine off Ebay with a block painted "Hulk" Green

Yes it is, Jake.
But still a complete motor.

Yes, but at that low price you can then purchase the required internals to build a strong powerplant.

Yeah, but, you can keep driving what you have and put some forged rods, pistons and other goodies on there... just a thought!
You're not that far away anyhoo!
