ANyone get the swine flu shot in the 70's???

Someone reminded me of those.
It was towards the end of boot camp when we got ours. I had a barracks watch that night and it was like something from a horror flick.
People getting violently ill, sleepwalking, yelling/groaning in there sleep, etc, etc.

My ship was in the yards in Philly that year (1976) ands we all got it. Flu shots always make me a little sick and I dont remember that one being any different. I get the shot every year now and havent had the flu in maybe 10 years (knock on wood).
