Marauder sighting

Okay! Delaware 1 North bound between Dover and Middletown exit., between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. 3 guys in the car, black, New York tag CCK51XX. Had a Mayfield New York frame around plate. Fire department sticker in the left rear quarter glass. I was driving wife's green Ford Windstar minivan. Tried to get you to stop with my poorly written sign in haste...SORRY. ( I wouldn't have stopped either.) Are you on the board?

Actually, she did have it, but was glad to give it back. She has said she don't want to drive it anymore because of the looks she gets. Other than that, I had to take her van in for an alignment after having the tierod's replaced. The shop don't have an alignment rig, and I have the Firestone alignment policy for it!
