Bad Crash

Just saw this on the news, it's a little outside Knoxville. Terrible. The car in the pics at the first linked website look like a Marauder, but the reporters claim it's a CV. They may not know the difference.

Looks like a blind curve at the top of a hill. I bet some idiot driving too fast and or drunk crossed the centerline and caused the headon. Not good.

It seems the Murphy's started a family pretty late to have a 4-year old son at ages 48 and 47. Unfortunately, the young boy will never have a chance to know his parents. :alone:

The door jambs look white, as do the areas under the door panels, which would indicate to me that it's not a MM. The different color jambs usually indicate a cheap respray, like the taxi cab paint jobs. Just my .02, could just be lighting.

I didn't see the trunk lid in any pics. There was an unmarked cruiser in one shot, but the crashed car's trunk was obscured by the fire truck in all of the shots I saw. In the TV footage it looked like a Marauder. The interior door panels are melted off the passenger's side doors, but I do see the beige tint in the door jambs, so it's probably a CV sport.

marauders dont have white doors on the inside... Its a CV that was a repaint.
