Also, the dealer called me yesterday. Apparently it was a good time to get rid of the Marquis! The service tech took it on a drive, and I knew (as well as they knew) that the lower balljoints had recently started squeaking...truthfully I thought I had like a month or two before they would fail. I mean, no big deal and the car was driving just fine.

Well...the service guy ended up WALKING back to the dealership and getting the tow truck http://www.lxforums.com/board/images/smilies/loser1.gif apparently the drivers' side wheel fell off...OOPS!

Great car! Mr. Man is seriously considering one. He likes the drk blue color too. Actually at one time it was a choice between the SRT Hemi and the Marauder. Thanks for sharing the pics!! HE'LL BE JEALOUS.

Looks great and interior looks like new. Almost bought one when the GMC finally died. Bought a Titan instead because I needed a p'up for work at the time. Keeping my eye out for an 07 RT AWD

He likes the drk blue color too. I wasn't wild about it, but in person it is a really nice shade.


Is that a mustang i see in the garage??? It's my dad's '03 GT (http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w110/jackiegleason/CVN%2008092008/IMG_1283.jpg), 50k miles, showroom freakin' condition, stock except for a CAI and aftermarket rims. Going into RDP Motorsports soon to get lowered and have the suspension dialed in. :woohoo: That is, unless he sells the 'Stang for a Magnum. After driving my car he is seriously considering it.


Keeping my eye out for an 07 RT AWD I haven't had my car long enough to tell you anything about it, good or bad. But so far, I really like it.

I drove the Marauder to work today (I'm at work now). First time I've driven it since I got the Magnum. All I can say is...
































The Marauder is in no danger of going anywhere.
It is more comfortable to drive, looks better, runs great, sounds cool, and fits me better.

I almost bought one of those in red, but they were not dealing at all on the price. That and the front end is too truck like.

Yeah, this was the only one I was able to get any wiggle on the price. Even then it wasn't much - the saving grace was that they gave me way more than the Marquis was worth.

I was looking when they 1st came out. Then I found the DTR at a significant discount, game over for the Magnum. A guy that I worked with (retired) bought a fully loaded red Magnum about 4 years ago. He loves it and treats it like a baby. It still looks show room new.
