Something very similar happened near me in Cleveland this past summer.

A young white boy walking with his p.r. friend came across a large fight between rival black students and was near beaten to death.

He was fortunate that an off duty officer was near and rescued him.
Reports were that he was beaten by 10 youths at one time.

He is still in traction.

Mob rules....avoid mobs and and areas they frequent.

I don't live in Baltimore.
But.... it's everywhere.
Even here in Rural PA.... 2 years ago a 19 year old College Student was murdered by 3 punk hooligans ...

So yes it is everywhere....

I'd imagine that you understood my reference though.

You know this occurs citywide mon-fri at certain schools everyday, it finally was brought front and center because someone died... there's definitely an ugly side of Chicago, and this won't be the last.
