This is machined out of billet aluminum then anodised black. The valve cover I would have an additional cut which whould show the edge, the coil pack cover would be the same.

The extra cut is shown below.

Does it make it go faster?

Does it make it go faster?

No, probably slower since it weighs more than the stock parts. I'm seeing more black Challengers show up at cruise in and shows, trying to make my engine bay stand out. Besides, the go-fast stuff I have in the pipeline you wouldn't be able to see ;)

The reason I solicite opinions here is I can expect brutal honesty. :)

They look good. With your car and being that your car is black it will look great. Go for it.

I like! Well, almost; the only thing I'd change is the "MOPAR" logo. A Blue Oval would look SO much nicer...;)

How about cutting fins into the coil cover, old-school style? Cut them, then anodize, then remove the anodizing along the fins to match the edge of the valve covers.

Very cool looking, but I don't see much room for a custom flame paint job!

I'm little off topic here and I also know you're from Alabama, but have you heard any comments or facts about how these cars run in snow? How good/bad? Anyways... Those covers do look bad ass and I like the extra cut on the edge. I say GO for it!

If I go with these, the flames will be painted on something else. I've already sourced a fiberglass radiator cover and an cold air intake to be send to Killer Paint for some work. Stay tuned.''

This is the cover in carbon fiber. I would have it made in fiberglass, shot to match the exterior paint, then have True Fire added. The CAI tube you see here is very similar to one I will use, also shot Brilliant Black Cystal Pearl, only this will have the Mopar Logo be the center of a fire ball, spreading back. If you've seen the lighters that Killer Paint sells with their logo, that's what I have in mind.

Not a bad idea, Brian. I have to check that out!

No, no real info from the boards. Lots of northern cars go into hibernation, but I'm sure many more stay out on the roads. I'll look around on the forums and get back to you.

I love it Donny.... I would say go for it. Makes the motor loks much smoother and I think intimidating.

BTW I must say it now. I love your car. Pics of the entire car are requested!!

It looks AWESOME!!

I love the record holders stance..... Lowered just enough. Also the CF stripes give it the perfect subtle accent.

The main shop is in Hudson, Florida, just north of Clearwater. One of the owners of Mr. Norms also has a shop in Rockford, so good call there.

The car you see here started life as a stock Challenger SRT purchased in Atlanta and modifed by Modular Powerhouse. MPH does all the tuning for Mr. Norm's.

Donny:

Rumor is that this beautiful 650 HP SC will be sitting under your hood in the near future. Come clean now.
