My nephew, Derek Collette, son of Tyler and Chris Collette, was diagnosed in May with the H1N1 virus.
He also has Cerebral Palsy, which caused many complications.
As a result he developed muscle atrophy and his since been confined to a wheel chair.
Insurance will not cover the services and equipment he needs...
We are having a fundraiser to help the my nephew's family cover the costs to help Derek...

Please join us at the
ITAM (Italian American Club)
231 Lake Ave
Worcester, MA
Saturday, November 14th.
The festivities will begin at 5:00pm...

Tickets are $20.00 and can be purchased ahead of time or at the door.
There will be an Italian dinner served along with raffles and music.
Please contact:
Beth at bethbelsito@gmail.com or

Bob
Sorry to hear about your nephew :(
If the weather looks good I'll keep the MM on the road, if not I'll be there with my DD. Does your nephew live in Wista or nearby?

Thanks
Its tough when you really can't do much to help other than moral support.
Nice to feel like we can make a difference.

He's in W.
Glad to hear you're coming, hope the weather holds out.
Love to see you and the Marauder again.
