Has anyone ever used it? I'd never feel comfortable handing the key to my MM to a parking lot attendant, even if it did protect the trunk.

I use it frequently especially when taking my MM in for service. Don't forget it also protects your glovebox.

I use mine all the time. Keep the glovebox and the trunk locked when I drop it off at the car wash. I don't think I have ever let a valet park it.

I never got a valet key with my 2003 car.

Was I suppose to get one from the dealer?

How do I get one now?

Yep! You should have gotten the valet key when the dealer handed over your owners manual and spare key.

When you have the car serviced, you need to provide access to the trunk. The tech needs to open the trunk to turn the air suspension switch off if he is raising the car in the air.

Got my valet key at delivery.

John, ask your dealer about getting a valet key. They're grey instead of black.

Two questions-

1. I have traction control, what is "reversed " TC?

2. I have a notice on my Canadian 2003 that says not for sale in the US or something similar- just wondering how you class it as Canadian. Was it sold in Canada before you got it?

There was a post "What is a 300A, 300B, etc", where it seemed that Canadian 03's didn't really fit the standard A/B system...

P.S. I'll trade you my valet key for the heated seats (OK, just the driver's, but that's my final offer...)

I answered this question in another thread as follows

'Petrograde said, “PS- I noticed to 'reversed traction control' too."
above in this thread.

My Response
Since I am the only one who has posted this comment in my car description below, I presume that he was referring to my car.

What I mean by 'reversed traction control' is the following: When I press my traction control button on my dash, the traction control goes "on". When you press the button in your car, it goes "off". This was done by my local dealer.

This was discussed in the thread entitled, “BFG g-Force T/A Drag Radial". You can search for it by going back to our Home page search box.'

Thanks John.

I hope you haven't already explained this, but how do you class it as Canadian? My window sticker said not for sale in the US. Mine's obviously Canadian but has clock in dash, no heated seats, mini spare, hood light, CD changer...
