well its time to retire the '92 f150. its got 390 000kms and still runs like a champ and the body isn't that bad. i'm just ready for somthing different. i've always been a huge fan of box body panthers and found a 1987 crown vic coupe.
he wants 1300 for it but he took my offer of 800. he said he ran a 15.9 with it last year. i took it out for a spin tonight and its got some balls. i pick it up early next week.
heres the Kijiji add

I've seen flamethrower kits that install right near the exhaust tips and have a separate fuel feed - sometimes even propane. I can't imagine those are bad for the engine as they do not require the car to run any differently than normal.

no that would be better, but the ones that shut the engine spark off and run the fuel thru the exhaust valve, it washes some oil out with that to...
If their was a kit that ran a separate gas line to the tail pipe, and it was a quaility kit then that'd be fine... propane IMO is to much hassle.

they are illegal to use to keep tailgaters off you anyways... (Sorry officer, it was just a backfire)
As long as you dont do it every day, and you change your oil on time, it will be fine. :D
