Need help - front windows won't go down

Try giving the area of the door panel where the motor is a whack while you you press the button.

Could be switches, could be motors

i did hit the side of the door and when i press the button up i can hear the motor and when i press the button down i don't hear nothing could it be the relay for the switch

I don't recall them having relays. Probably the switch or switches.

This is a 2 person job. While one person holds the switch down, the other person slams the door with the problematic motor. Good luck.
