hello i have crown victoria 2007
first i tuned SCT after tow days the sparkplag broken inside the engine the valve broken two i go to the dealer and fixed And he change all the 16 valve

it just 20000 miles odo :mad2:

the i tuned agien and the reback same Problem
i change the spark plag but now point the vakve now is broken

but this time i go two fast maybe 130-140 miles in the 3rd gear ??
broken spark inside the engine :confused: no#1 And no#5 The car now is randem miss fire

all my friend do that way nothing happend ?? what hapeen to my car ??

iam fried tuned the marauder somethink happend to the engine ..

and how to cancel the speed limet in my marauder 2003 is stock by the way

With 4:10's I run out of 3rd around 132 and no one has issues with me.
Hell I trap at 124 mph.

the axle is 2.73 the rpm is 5200 in the 3rd gear after will the sparkplag broken inside the engine no1 and 5

he change the plag for old modil

and by the way the road is open and the is nice what i do

might be the spark plug gap? there was a guy posting on CVN that said the gap on his spark plug was set to .40 instead of .54 and it broke 2 plugs off? let me see if i can find the thread...

Could this be the result of a bad or wrong tune causing severe detonation?

Stay away from that dealer, unless that is your only option.
Return the car to stock (reload the tune to the tuner).
Go to a different dealer and get the motor warrantied if possible.
You probably want to get a tune from Lonnie @ Blue oval chips on your tuner.
You may be advised to run a step cooler heat range spark plug.

Change the plugs on a stone cold motor, I don't use a torque wrench for spark plugs but after seeing posts like this, it makes me think I should start.

First off--I've never heard of a PI with 273 gears---

For that speed you need to change to 355 or 410 gears , get cooler plugs, lower stat and change to drive shaft--if not a PI car-- and then get re-tuned for your engine if stocked---if other mods have been added that should be taken into account by your tuner....but you should tell your tuner exactly what your car has and have him set a tune for that---

273 gears can't handle that speed intentionally-for long....-engine will over rev and ...well....

As for dealer--stay away from him---get a race shop to work with you that you can trust--ask around---start with what I said ^^^^^^ above.......good luck.

My statement ^above^^^^ was meant to indicate that his desires to race at 120 and higher MPH intentionally would over time eventually take its toll, as the engine revs would be higher more frequently -and for a stock engine --well-eventually become a problem......

the lower gears do dictate lower rpms--but when reved higher consistantly, as he indicated he was a racer---eventually the outcome becomes different...---

If he races on the top end, he should put the gears near 3:27 or so and balance the drive shaft.

One of my old Camaro's had the gas saver 2.73 and it took awile, but that car would run well into the 100's with very little RPM.

2.73's would be better on the top end, because they wont be revving the crap out of your motor....

I would monitor fuel pressure on the hi end. This sounds like a lean condition and it may be induced by a fuel supply problem and not the tune.

You should use NGK TR6 plugs in the 2007 Police car. Probably should install a better water pump and lower temperature thermostat (180 degree) My guess is it's very hot where you are.

You can use an SCT tune from www.blueovalchips.com to remove the speed limiter in the Marauder. You should get a carbon fiber driveshaft for both cars.

First of all SCT tuning has NOTHING to do with a blown spark plug, unless you had a premium tune and was running on regular gas, I would say you had a rocker fail or a valve spring or a short between the ears.:confused:
