NICE! My jackass brother (Yes, the one that's totalled two Cobras!) went to park in a parking spot one day and ran down the side of a car. He looked around, saw someone watching, got out, wrote on a piece of paper and placed it under their wiper, the watcher took off and he took off. On the paper was written: Sorry about your car! :eek:

WOOWW...I always said that the driving test was waayyy too easy lol , and they live among us , thats the scary part. I think everyone should have to take a new and improved driving test (and stupidity test) and that will probably leave us with less than half the drivers on the road.
