Go find a 78-83 malibu cop car and get the sway bars off it. Use poly bushiings. Add some 15' wheels with low profile rubber and get around those corners!

I tried using low profile tires and they went from this: l l. To this: / \. These tires are the best that I've had. Their Michelin Mastercraft tires! They grip the road really well.

Geeze, I'm still lost, maybe further out there now, because the Malibu I recall from 78-83 (all small cop cars BTW) were RWD.

Looking at Joe's pics again, this is isn't the Malibu frame and RWD I remember. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong pics?

I ment a 445 Rocket Olds engine the biggest Cubic Inch engine
in any of the Muscel cars from 63-72 had the most torque at 510 Ft lbs don't know @ what RPM though. Oh and Buick had the exact same engine in they'er GSX of 69/71 fame.

One of the best cars I owned was a 1976 Cutlass Supreme. It handled well and was very nicely appointed. It was very well put together, I guess I got lucky and it was made on a Wednessday. Remember when you used to find out what day a car was made on before oyu bought it?

The 350 had good pick up.

That sure is a clean looking '83 Olds.;)

Like I said before. It was filthy. You can't even tell because it has no clear coat! The only way that you could tell is if you get really close.

When I looked at it, I thought it was a RWD version 4dr. It's a Ciera FWD if I'd have read his sig and looked at the car, I'd have known better.
Mac U B Right on! I B wrong.
