my transmission change the gears, when i drive with kick down not so soft, like the marquis! itīs a very hard switching operation!
the fluid filling is correctly like the manufacters rule!
with how many oil you drive? maybe a little bit more or less?

I believe that the FORD recommended interval for a transmission flush, filter change and refill is 30,000 miles (48,000 kilometers). Depending on how hard you are on the car and your personal driving habilts, you may want to consider a more frequent transmission change. Some here are doing it every 15,000 to 18,000 miles (24,000 to 28,800 kilometers). Make sure that you are using the correct fluid (Mercon) per the owner's manual.
Engine oil changes with a good, quality oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles (4,800 to 8,000 kilometers) is pretty standard here. I am using the Motorcraft 5W20 synthetic blend with no issues.
Your Marauder is not going to shift and feel like the Grand Marquis anyway. And if you have a custom tune on it, your shifts might feel very firm.
BTW -- where are you in Germany? I spent 6 years there split between Baumholder (Rhineland-Pfalz) and Heidelberg back in the 70's and the 80's.
Wei lange haben sie deine Marauder? 2003 oder 2004? Seit neue oder von ein anderer Mensch? :D

Fill to the mfg specs. Too much or too little is no good for the tranny. I'd also get a tranny cooler.

i make all 15000km an oil change with filter and fill up exactly 3.8 liters. i use mercon V!
i live i a suburb of hamburg. i bought my marauder last year of july with 82000KM, now i have 134000km, every day on autobahn with a speed from 75mph. itīs very rarely, that i drive faster!!! for the engine, i use 5W30 oil, because we canīt get 5W20 in germany!

Mercon V is the correct fluid. Use plain old Mercon and you'll start to get a nasty convertor shudder.

I sometimes order oil from http://www.lightforcer.de/ in Germany, they have 5w20, they have very good prices even incl shipping.
BTW I also use 5w30 in my Marauder (I think it's better)

You have the tune (Lidio/Alternative auto) from the SCT Xcalibrator 3 in you car right? (that you bought from me)
When you plug in the Xcal 3 there is a menu "adjust user parameters" and you can adjust the shift-firmness (line-pressure) for all the gear-changes, you can try that and make them softer.
