Been on this for awhile, but the project is done and looking good, except for tuning.
I had a machinist friend/client of mine, whip me up an adapter to fit a Lightning Force Performance or a Metco lower blower pulley to the Trilogy setup using the stock balancer.
Yeah.....
So far, it looks to me like a 4lb will be the biggest due to the accessory drive tensioner, but I'll need to double check it.
He'll make more!

the bottom pulley is actually bigger. might have to look at metco or LFP's website to get an actual dia. he did say it was a +4lb
Im going to run the 2.8 on the blower and the 4lb. on the crank.
Maybe rich will be kind enough to explain what this will do for torque as well. :D

I believe this lower pulley mod has some very interesting features to it. Rick is to be commended for his reseach work. I would really like to see the results of the before and after tune before committing to a purchase, but if the numbers look good, I would be interested in a lower pulley at the 10 unit level. Also, I would like to discuss exacting what tuning would be necessary to make this work right or can we see some benefit without a tune.
Good work Rick.

these rings have been around on terminators for years.
Yeah but not on maraders with trilogy kits.

I am pretty sure I have a 6 pound ring on my setup.

These would be for the guys that go with a low compression motor or a forged high compression motor. Or if you want to change the lower pulley and leave the upper pulley alone to reduce the chance of belt slip on a stock motor. If you go with a 2.8 blower and the 4lb lower on a stock motor you're sure to blow it up.:D
