Aero refers to the bodystyle change in I believe it was '92? When they went from the square body CV's and GM's to the more aerodynamic style that you have.
Lookin good! ditch the hitch!

Wow, and you guys wonder why every other panther site hates MM.net

Aero body panthers from 1992 to 1997
1979 to 1991 = box body
1998 to current = whale body

yep, and +1 on the hitch
Clean looking GM most of the ones we see in michigan are all rotted out. I think you should tint the windows and tail lights also some mustang bullitt wheels.

Nice looking MGM, pay no attention to the jealous marauders, they are just mad that we carry less weight and aren't as fat (the cars that is) :P
So do you have air ride and everything, the full HPP package?

Cleaaaan..I always liked these aero GMs and Vics.
And I love the rear of the stang, some wheels would set it off nicely.

Yeah, this is a fun platform, Chris over at ADTR.net and Lonnie over at Blueovalchips.com have a wealth of information. As do a lot of guys here... :)

If this was "anyoldpantherplatformcar.net" then I guess I would be a little more open to every swinging CV, GM, Towncar, etc. that decided to check us out and show us their rides. But if I am not mistaken, it is "mercurymarauder.net" Maybe I am missing something.

so i guess the same mentality should be applied towards crownvic.net and the people on that site with grand marquis and towncars?
Just because some people cant afford marauders doesnt mean you have to be an ass about it...

^does that car have the 245's on the front and the 235's on the back? And since it's a Mercury, it should be "Grand Marquis with shiny wheels"...
Also...I was one of those people who came here with an '02 Grand Marquis GS with a few exterior mods. The Marauder was my inspiration behind the things I did to my Grand Marquis.
Several months later, I was offered a Marauder at a good price and purchased it.
You never know who's gonna end up an owner.

I agree w/ Cheesehead bob for the record. That aside, clean up the tail pipe cutouts in the bumper cover, it looks like they were made with a drywall saw

I do too. I guess the box body kids will be signing up by the dozens pretty soon. Or have they already? I have no interest in any $300 to $700 aero or box body vics and grand marquis.

A really nice Marauder can be had now for anywhere from $12,000 to $15,000.
If they can't afford them now, they never will be able to.
